Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees (Developer ₹199/mo, Employer ₹2,999/mo)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- You may cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- If you cancel within 24 hours of first subscription and have not used the service, contact us for a full refund
2. Job Posting Fee (₹299/job)
- Non-refundable once the job is posted and visible to developers
- If a technical error prevents your job from being posted, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund
3. Escrow Payments
- Escrow funds are held by Razorpay until work is delivered and approved
- If the developer fails to deliver within the agreed timeline, the employer may request a refund
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery deadline
- Proovn will mediate and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
- Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
4. How to Request a Refund
Email proovn.help@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request — [your email]"
- Include: order ID, reason, and relevant screenshots
- We will respond within 24 hours
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and approved work
- Skill test fees (if any introduced in future)
- Subscription fees after the billing period has started (except 24hr window)
