  • Test results and proctoring data (camera feed analysis, flag events — stored as metadata only, not recorded video)
  • Payment information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)
  • Chat messages and file attachments between employers and developers
  • Device information, IP address, browser type for security purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To match developers with job opportunities using AI
  • To facilitate payments through Razorpay escrow
  • To verify developer skills through proctored tests
  • To send notifications about matches, messages, and payments
  • To improve our platform and prevent fraud

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (cloud database, servers in the US)
  • Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt
  • All connections are secured via HTTPS

5. Razorpay Payments

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator
  • We do not store credit/debit card details

6. Proctoring Data

  • During skill tests, your camera is accessed for real-time analysis only
  • We do not record or store video footage
  • We store flag events (e.g., "face not detected at 10:32am") as metadata
  • Proctoring data is used solely to verify test integrity
